x888 Terms and Conditions – Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and x888 ("x888," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the x888 website at x888-jit.com and all associated services, including sports betting, online casino games, live card games, crash games, jackpot slots and any other products offered under the x888 brand.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any bet on x888, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use any x888 service.

x888 operates as an online gaming platform serving Pakistani players. All transactions on x888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). References to "Rs" in these Terms mean Pakistani Rupees. x888 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

These Terms must be read alongside the x888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and x888.

To open and use an x888 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. x888 operates a strict minimum age policy and will conduct age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, organisation or any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an x888 employee. This applies to all x888 group entities.
• You must not already hold an active x888 account. x888 permits one account per person, per household and per payment method. Operating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with x888 or any cross-platform exclusion scheme to which x888 is a participant.
• You must be accessing x888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your personal responsibility to verify this.

x888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

You may only hold one active account on x888 at any time. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. x888 treats the information you provide as the authoritative record for your account. Any inaccuracy — whether deliberate or accidental — that comes to x888's attention may result in your account being suspended pending verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your x888 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards and do not allow any third party to place bets on your behalf using your x888 account.

x888 will send communications to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current. If you lose access to your registered email or mobile number, please contact x888 support promptly to update your details before any pending transactions are affected.

x888 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point. Standard KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and proof of the payment method used. KYC is standard practice across all regulated gaming platforms and is not unique to x888.

x888 accepts deposits in PKR only. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though daily deposit limits may apply to specific payment methods and can be adjusted by the player using the account responsible gaming controls.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. x888 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.

Deposits are credited to your x888 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Typical deposit processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Instant in most cases.
• Bank IBFT: Typically under 15 minutes, depending on the sending bank.
• Visa/Mastercard: Instant to 30 minutes depending on the card issuer.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the timeframe above, contact x888 support with your payment reference number. x888 will investigate using the payment provider's records. Do not make a duplicate deposit before the first one has been confirmed or declined.

x888 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside x888's control and will not be reimbursed by x888.

x888 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists as a fraud prevention measure. If your deposit method cannot receive withdrawals (for example, a one-way payment channel), x888 support will advise on the available alternative methods.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals of bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements are not permitted — only real money balances and fully wagered bonus funds may be withdrawn.

Standard withdrawal processing times at x888:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank IBFT: Under 2 hours depending on interbank processing.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer.

x888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000. This is standard anti-money-laundering practice. Verification requests will be communicated by email and must be completed within 7 days, failing which the withdrawal may be cancelled and the funds returned to your x888 balance.

x888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions — which are published on the x888 Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses at x888 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit. One welcome bonus per player, per household and per payment method. Minimum qualifying deposit applies as stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn. During wagering, funds are applied from the real money balance first unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and card games including Teen Patti may contribute less. The contribution breakdown is published within each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus balance remaining after expiry will be removed from your account without notice. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the validity window.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering: While bonus funds are active, the maximum bet permitted per single spin or stake is Rs 500 unless the promotion terms state a higher limit. Bets above this threshold during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: x888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of offer terms, use of multiple accounts and coordination between players. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed and may have their account suspended.

x888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Promotions are intended for recreational players — x888 may limit or exclude any player from specific offers at its discretion.

Sports betting on x888 is governed by these Terms alongside the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type. The betting rules are accessible via the sports betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

Key rules applicable to all sports markets at x888:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when x888 displays a bet confirmation with a reference number. An unconfirmed bet has no standing. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based solely on the amount being deducted from your balance — check your bet history for a confirmed reference.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match bets, odds may change between bet placement and acceptance. x888 will notify you if the odds change after submission and offer you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at x888's discretion. Markets may be suspended at any time during live events. A bet placed during a suspended period will be voided and the stake returned.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum playing time required for bets to stand (as specified in sport-specific rules), all bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed but played within 24 hours of the original start time, x888 reserves the right to settle bets at its discretion using the rescheduled result.
• Maximum Payout: The maximum single-bet payout on sports markets at x888 is Rs 20,00,000 (Rs 2 million). Any winnings above this threshold on a single ticket will be settled at the cap amount.
• Obvious Errors: x888 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing or technical error. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.

All casino and card games on x888 — including slots, jackpot slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, live roulette, crash games and any other titles — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. The outcome of each game is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealing procedures in the case of live dealer games.

RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games are published by the game providers and are independently verified. The published RTPs are accurate within the tolerance specified by the provider's operating licence. x888 does not modify the RTPs of any game in its library.

Game round results are final once a round is complete and settled. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, x888 will use server-side records to determine the correct outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical failure, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance. Malfunctions void all game round pays and plays.

The maximum bet permitted on any single slot spin or casino game round at x888 is set by the individual game and displayed within the game's betting controls. Players using bonus funds are subject to the maximum bet restriction described in Section 6 above.

x888 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed from the platform with or without notice due to licence expiry, provider decisions or technical reasons.

x888 employs industry-standard security measures to protect player accounts and financial transactions. However, account security also depends on your own behaviour. You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your account, and x888 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x888 and constitute fraud that will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate betting markets or casino game outcomes (collusion).
• Operating multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, bonus restrictions or self-exclusion measures.

x888 uses automated fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account activity. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended while an investigation is carried out. x888 will communicate the reason for any suspension to the affected player as soon as it is safe to do so without compromising the investigation.

• A player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
• A player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• A player has registered under self-exclusion and attempted to re-register.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by x888 due to a violation of these Terms, any real money balance remaining after the deduction of bonus funds and any winnings derived from fraudulent activity may be forfeited. x888 will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or breach a legal obligation.

Players may close their own x888 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure with no outstanding violations, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

x888 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While x888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages or network issues may affect availability. x888 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

x888 is not liable for losses that arise from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connection failures on the player's end, hardware or software failures on the player's device, errors in the player's own input (for example, incorrect bet amounts or selections) or actions taken by third-party payment providers.

In any case where x888 is found to be liable to a player, the total liability of x888 shall not exceed the amount of the player's deposited funds that are held in their x888 account at the time the liability arises.

x888 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, regulatory requirements, payment methods, product offerings or for any other legitimate reason. Material changes — those that affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to all registered players by email to the address on file, with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any rule, or updates to contact information — may be made without notice and will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change. If you continue to use x888 after a change to these Terms has come into effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, please close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the changes.

• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with x888's response, you may request escalation to a senior complaints officer. Escalated complaints receive a final response within 14 business days.

x888 aims to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which x888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaints process above shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.
